Newbie MM Hunter PVE guide for Lordaeron - Getting ready for ICC

(I copied form discord, some links may be broken, maybe I put up vid or pics later if requested)

REASON FOR THIS GUIDE: To be able to enter ICC raids and not fail with low GS. Following the guide will allow you to reach 6k dps @ 5k GS, and +1k dps each 200GS after, so 7k @ 5.2kGS, 8k @ 5.4kGS, 9k @ 5.7k GS and so on...

GEAR:
Before heading to ICC10 3 boss tries, you should try to reach 5k GS with 4XT9, legs/feet crafted ICC25 ilevel MAIL from Auction House, Crossbow from PoS or bow from TOC10/25, Banner or Scorpion + Mirror of Truth trinkets, 1st tier Ashen ring and rest of the gear from RHC.


Talent example: Dragonslayar ( http://armory.warmane.com/character/...daeron/talents )
Glyphs: Kill Shot, Serpent Sting, Steady Shot - Mend Pet, Feign Death, Pack
Gems: Red: +20 agi, Yellow: 10 agi/10crit, Blue: 1x10 stat. If more than 2 blue, ignore gem slot bonus and +20agi
If you have reached 700-800 armpen from gear only you can start thinking about using armpen gems instead of agi, but not before. Make sure you do not prioritize armpeg gear that has haste, just to reach this cap, crit is priority, too muste gear will make ur dps sink.
Enchants: Do NOT use Berserk on weapon, rest use common sense.
Gear: Try to use MAIL whenever possible, consider MAIL 1 tier higher than same ilevel leather when you have to choose bc of stats. (245 ilevel leather = 232 ilevel mail armor)
Hit cap: 5% (you should have +3% from talents)
Statok: You do not need haste, so try to avoid and get Hit(until cap) / Crit / Armpen.

ROTATION:

***BURST:***
0. Pre Pull: Hunter's Mark (use macro below to Track the boss type) MD a MT.
1. Serpent Sting
2. Rapid fire (with macro, see below) + Chimera Shot (you can also do a Silence Shot if more aggro needed or for more burst, but mana intensive)
3. Aimed Shot
4. Readiness
5. MD MT again
6. Chimera Shot (+ Silencing Shot in case)
7. Aimed Shot
8. From here on use priority list to determine what to do, check below:

Use Rapid Fire (with macro) again as the buff/15 seconds expired.

***PRIORITY LIST:***
1. Kill shot if boss under 20% hp
2. Chimera Shot available
3. Aimed Shot if available (Multi Shot if more than 2 targets, for example Marrow spikes, DBS beasts)
4. Steady Shot

Every 3 minutes use your burst as both Readiness and Rapid Fire is off CD again.

Rapid Fire macro:

Misdirect Macro: (Casts MD on focus target, if you press Shift then it will cast on current target)

Silence + Masters call with Shift, casts Masters call on self if Shift and target is enemy:

It can be usefull to use a "!" when casting aspects, so you do not cancel it accidentally, like this:

Tracking macro, if you cast hunters mark, it will also track the targets type, so you dont have to do it manually. Unfortunately after raid when u go to Dala, your will be tracking undead most likely, have to disable tracking yourself. If anyone know a better version where pressing this on no targets cancels tracking, would be great, post in comments below.

**Simple addons for beginners:**

***Tell Me When***

Use this to show priority list somewhere visible, alternately you could put these spells on hotbar on prio list order to not need addon.
- 1 row:
Serpent Sting (should be visible if missing from target),
Kill Shot (visible if available),
Chimera Shot (show always with timer),
Aimed Shot (show always with timer)
- 2 row:
Trueshot Aura (show if missing, so you know u forgot to activate after wipe),
Misdirection (show if usable) ,
Rapid Fire (this is ur burst, use it 4 times on 5min encounter)
Readiness (refreshes ur burst, use it 2 times on 5min encounter)

Out of Mana? Change to Aspect of Viper while steady shooting, change back to Dragon for Chimera/Aimed/Kill shots, repeat until have enough mana for your next burst.

Cucc: Proalj meg MAIL cuccot rakni magadra, es ne LEATHER-t, mert az kb 1 szintel kissebnek szamit. Ha nincs mas akkor jo leather is.
Hit cap: 5% + 3% talentbol.
Statok: Hastere nincs szukseg, inkabb Crit/Armpen/Hit.
