Фолиант Полетов в непогоду\Tome of Flying in Bad Weather

RU: Здравствуйте! Хотел персонажем 80го уровня купить своему твину 73го уровня "фолиант полетов в непогоду" в Даларане у "Хира Снежная Заря", но не обнаружил у нее такового, это баг или на данном сервере отключена такая возможность? Всегда на всех серверах покупал его именно у нее.

If you are playing on Frostmourne, such feature might be disabled due to it not being a thing back on WotLK release.
On Icecrown there is no problem with buying such foliant
