I'm new to wow, so it's kind of hard for people to invite me, and usually they ask for high gs, so I wanted to set up a pt, but I don't know how to change it to 10man

what about joining a PvE guild?
Usually the best one to start are the ones made by players from your country.
I guess you will easily find people willing to explain you the game (and accepting you in Raid even if with low experience)
