Someone has a character with the same name as me.

One of my characters cant receive mail from my other characters. i have sent 1k that never arrived. I think it is because somehow there is another character with the same name as mine. how can that even happen?

open a ticket in-game for support.

The character who got the name more recently will be forced to rename
