Doing rep like Hodir is just too painful. There are not enough quest mobs for even a single player, and there are generally 100+ players targeting those few mobs. The result is wasted hours of extremely not fun gameplay, and an open invite for trolls/griefers to make things even worse. Please reduce the respawn timer for all these mobs related to mandatory quests by at least 90%.
