i'm an ancien player i got 5 characters now i can't find them
what happened
wanna play wotlk like old days
please guys do some things right i was so happy playing in here so good memories

Few options:

Decommissioned realm: Transfer windows are closed.
Player deleted characters: Picked clean, and deleted. Chances are it was done ages ago. Re-secure your account.
System deleted characters (inactivity cleanup): No restoration.
You logged wrong account: Log the right one.

System deleted characters are up to level 50. If they were level 51 or more, chances are it was done by a player.

hi i didn't delete my characters but it was an inactivity for long period
the database of warmane was hacked before i guess that's why every time i wanted to login i had to to reset my password but thank god the email still correct
it's unfair i've paid items and stuff now what i'm gonna do

If I understand what you mean, that happened in 2015. That's eight years ago. Back then, and for over an year, we offered a lot of things to players, including refunding Coins of recent donations. But that's not offered anymore for a long time.

the last time i login was October 5, 2021 at 0:54 so wasn't since ages i was active since 2016 pvp transmog ...
now the thing is this is unfair

Then there was nothing to do with any database issue like you mentioned.
If you in fact has made donations like you say, no character would be deleted due to inactivity, at most they would need to be renamed. That only leaves someone having accessed your account and deleting them.

in the barracks section my characters still there with no name
so they still there ?

Then the character just needs to be named again before it can be played.
