Pretty much the title. Being able to hot-swap bags (That is, change from a smaller bag to a larger one, without emptying the bag first) would be a wonderful QoL improvement, IMO.

Guessing this boils down to client limitations.
A good suggestion but as OhieMitzen said, boils down to client limitations. A way you can do it (faster) as is now is that you can change a full bag with another bag in your bank and they both keep their contents.. From there it's just right-clicking your stuff back, which admittedly still is work, but cuts about half of it... :s
