Cant get ICC Ashen Band Ring on bought char

Hello,

Not sure if this is the right place but I bought a char, DK thru the coin/trade system, the char came naked, I tried to get the ICC ring "Ashen Band", and I coulndt cause the owner kept it on bag or something and now I cant have it.

Solutions?

Write in-game ticket. You can copy paste your message from here to ticket.

I did it this morning... ticket line is crazy I guess. What if I aint online when a GM finally awsners me?

I do not know if they reset the questline or just send the ring via mail-box but in both case being offline should not be a problem

They should just reset that quest on bought chars..
