Nice, I'll be back for next week and onwards. I kinda am messing around with like 3-4 different setups. Not that it matters at this point, since the DPS is way too high as it is. And since getting all BiS items, the fluctuation is still a lot. One week 7.7k, next week 7k barely. Same gear. All I am using different at the moment is the bracers, as I don't have the maexxna ones...

Hey dude, sure thats why I started this thread so rogues can discuss stuff together and so that I could share my knowledge with the community.
Okay first u dont need so much hit, dw about your mainhand its capped at 8%=) only offhand white will miss which is the same speed either way, hit would scale better if you used a slow offhand . So I would lose some hit pieces, maybe the ranged and the ring loop of agile gives u a lot of crit and might be a better option. Could also use maybe ignis boots instead of craft. I guess youre avoiding haste a bit because u are using 2 fast daggers.
I understand u wish to use the10man head since its awesome but from my spreadsheet i lose dps if i use it +legs/shoulders tier over tier head + 239 shoulder.
Theres a lot more passive haste from gear at ulduar level so having a fast offhand like in t7 wont be as good, again dps loss.
About the trinket choices , Dark might look good but doesnt really perform that well sure the 220ap passive is nice however, the proc is like what 13% crit. Its a bit hard choice with trinkets cuz even darkmooncard performs very well, however I feel that the hit rating from yogg trinket gives you a lot of freedom to optimize other gear parts+ the fact that it has a huge proc which you can track on weak auras for example and just time it with engi gloves/berserking to make it more effective just makes me wanna use it.
P.S. I had to do this list for my guild, its not 100% finalized but apart from possibly somesmall optimizations I think its ok.I i just decided to share it with you. Maybe we can improve it together
First, I want to point out that you are correct that the Conqueror's Terrorblade Helmet and Shoulderpads of the Intruder is a better combo. I over saw it when using my spread sheet to compare gear, thank you for that!
In my previous post I corrected the gear stats, I had blood of the old god equipped by mistake and that's why I had over 400 hit, lol.
Was the hit cap of MH only being 8% and OH being 24% switched in 3.3.5? http://wowwiki.wikia.com/wiki/Dual_wield says the 24% applies to the MH too. Is this something you tested on warmane, if so that is something I was unaware of.
If you don't mind me asking what EP values do you use for the gear you selected to be BiS?
You can track dark matter proc too, with that ~13% crit increase your focused attacks are generating a lot more energy for you.
I checked on the PTR and a lot of the gear is missing or i just couldn't find it. Maybe when that comes out I can generate some in game numbers.
