The npc is gone

When you die and become ghost go to the npc location, that's the only way to see the npc, when ur dead.

I think you are thinking of another npc, im not trying to do the BRD key quest im trying to do the MC attunement for the portal but the npc is no longer there.

I'm literally thinking about MC attunement. You can only see blood elf npc that gives MC attunement while you are dead (ghost), idk if its cus it's bugged here, but that's how I did it.

You can also jump through the window on the left where the npc should be standing. This will teleport you inside Molten Core if you are in a raid group

Tolvana has it. I'm on OG raider, so I know it is wrong, but he's only accessible while dead. I even died to turn in the quest while dead and got screwed out of a bunch of xp!
