Quest: Preparations for War

Hey, i've been seeing a problem recently with this quest you take with the orc near the dalaran flight master, "Preparations for War", that is supposed to take you to the ship in Icecrown. Me and my friend, as well as some other people that said it in global chat, are not beeing able to see this quest, neither to see the following quests, the ones in the ship in Icecrown.

Bcause of this we cant start getting reputation with the Ebon Blade or do most of the quests in the zone. We both are at or above level 77 and have the Cold weather flying passive.

Has anyone else experienced something similar or the same as us, and if so, do you know how to solve it?

You can unlock Ebon blade in 2 ways

1. Preparations for War which requires level 77, Cold Weather and parts of the Wrathgate chain
2. Crusader's Pinnacle which requires Argent Vanguard
