Backport of Exorsus Raid Tools for 3.3.5?

I'm looking for a backported version of Exorsus Raid Tools that would work with 3.3.5. Either that or some Weak Aura's Equivalent. I really only care about the tracking of raid cooldowns and nothing else from the addon itself. If you think you have something similar I'd appreciate it. I'm currently using Ora3 but don't really like it because I'd prefer seeing who has the addons available and what's remaining on their CD's. Ora3 just shows who used them and when they will be available once again but doesn't tell you what CD's you have left at your disposal.
