lottery button??

whats the lottery button for? it isn't active yet but still interesting......love's lottery's,

It says "Temporary unavailable" so I guess they are working on it.
It will probably be a lottery , using tickets bought with in-game game with awards like mounts , gold(maybe), trade-card-game items , etc.
