2 chars of mine cant log out in cities, ive deleted cache and everything and still the same thing make a ticket for advice because its a RECURRING ISSUE HERE and i get "Make a bug report" Like id just like for my toons to be fixed and i know somewhere theres a staff member that knows how to fix the crap.
