My account get hack.

I didnt play for a few month an when i try to log on yesterday i saw my toon dissapear on the loging screen.

I logged to Warmane site ans they ask for a new auth code. I was in pannic. After i few try i finnaly was able to log on Warmane site.
Cant see my Blodd efl paladin Absorbz anymore.
I can see it in the armory an alot of piece of gears are missing.
I did a ticket ingame an the answer of GM was its my problem …

I spend alot of real money in the game in gear .

CAN you help me to get back my Toon the way he was

Your character still exists but it's up for sale on character trade. You should be able to cancel it and get the character back on website in Trade -> Character Trade -> Sell -> Characters I'm trading.

If you did not put it for sale yourself, change your password and consider enabling two factor authentication to make sure it doesn't happen again. If items are missing when you get the character back, only items purchased with coins can be restored by making a support ticket on website here: https://www.warmane.com/account/support

OMG tank you so much. got my toon and gear back....

I had arround 35 000 gold i have now 38 silver lol ... but at least my toon an gear are back
