Is Oathbinder, Charge of the Ranger-General that much better than Glorenzelg, High-Blade of the Silver Hand for PvE?
I like the looks of Glorenzelg, but every guide says Oathbinder is better. Is the difference that big?

It's not "big", and it's not about just the weapon. With oath you can use most effective items in other slots. With gloren you must use t10 hands which gives hit, to not overcap expertise with t10 pants, then you need to play around hit rating, maybe use a ring with less stats to not overcap hit. It cascades into such little things. But with oath you can utilize everything perfectly.
The difference between oathbinder and glorenzelg isn't exactly massive. It's there but not noticeably different like mourne vs glorenz/oath.
There are better options to fix looks on a weapon than sacrificing performance for it though. Transmogging being the most obvious choice.
Remember you have to fix your itemization/glyphs as well if you swap to glorenzelg (e.g. you probably want to drop glyph of seal of vengeance).
