Gurubashi Arena / Chest event timer

Hi guys!

I would like to know if there's a specific time when the gurubashi chest event starts? or is it random?

if they have kept retail timers for blackrock realm:
"The Arena Treasure Chest appears every 3 hours (starting at midnight, server time)"
