I have lost my Frostmourn player

Hello , I used to have a character in Frostmourn server a year ago , he was lvl 80 and ive spent a lot of time playing with him , i even bought gold for this player .
Now when i logged back to my account i cannot see this character.
What can i do with it? i spent real money on this character

You did not lost it.
Go to your account>service>Frostmourne s-1 and seek for character transfer. Frostmourne is seasonal server and resets once a year.
