"Scroll of Enchant Weapon - Icy Chill" is missing in "Enchants & Scrolls" vendor on the Blackrock realm.

On enchanted weapon the enchant calls "Icy weapon".
The enchant is important for pregs/rets/enhas. Please, add it to "Enchants & Scrolls" vendor on the Blackrock realm.

it was available once, so I guess it has been removed on purpose
would be nice to have it added again
I also would be curious why they removed it and why they let icecrown and Lordaeron players use it which makes them an advantage over BlackRock players
1. Yes, it was on Blackrock like 1-2 years ago, but was removed.
2. It worked properly, idk why it was removed
3. I wrote ticket with add request and GM adviced me to create topic here
