i lost my characters

I have lost 2 characters that I had on the frostmourne server, when the season changed and the characters were transferred to icecrown, I did have them, but now they no longer appear because? They were called
"Pandedulce" Druid and also "Chocopan" Shaman, were at level 80 and the druid already had 4.4 gs please help

Characters weren't automatically moved to Icecrown, you have to manually move them.
