I am not sure if this is the right place to ask, but i was wondering about a cosmetic that made your character bigger, like the winterfall water, but permanently or as long as you wish. I heard WoW was supposed to have char heigh but it never got implemented and i would like something like that. Or even implement in the server if possible. Was this discussed at all?

Simply, no. You can't pick and choose your characters height and I believe to the current expansion this is still not a thing. There are certain buffs you can obtain which increases your size, you may of seen a couple players before on mammoth mounts the size of a building, but that's about it. I'd assume Warmane would definitely be against doing this as well, as they don't seem to have anything like this done to the server.
