Hello there. I found some bug i think. Anyway, i started to skillup my lockpicking on my rogue. I followed a guide to Ashenvale-The Zoram Strand where Waterlogged Footlocker chests randomly spawn. Somehow i didnt get any skill form 4 chests now and they are yellow skill for me. My lockpicking is 109/220 atm. Please help!
