Trying to figure out what is better dps I'm at around 1k arp on my hunter thinking the runestone with it's proc is better because it gets me around 1500 arp when it proces and it's 45 sec icd. Is that better than the hekural war totem any advice would be better.. idk if it helps my other trinket is wfs .. still trying to get dbw and sts.
Go farm Banner of Victory in toc 5normal.
Why is banner of victory better over hekurmal war totem or Miljoner runestone? It seems 600 arp is better than 1k afk power 10 secs at a time
Banner is only good when it bring you on or very close to the arp cap.
If this is not the case you could use Miljoner and adjust your arp to such a amount that you'll be capped when it procs.
Upside would be that you're able to gem more Agility wich gives more ap/crit obv.
Hekal is only when you can minimize your movement.
Haste only has effect on your autoshots.
So if you know exactly what you're doing it will be better then the others.
That said you can also just grab the eot hit trinket, bind it to all your spells, drop some hit talents and grab others.
