Multiboxing and loop holes apparently not bannable??

So as a multiboxer of sorts i used to run over 5 clients. as i found out one day after a month break you log more clients in you hit what i call a death cap the server detects more clients and kills you off.
now ive been seeing people on a regular now running larger boxes 10+. so as a salty noob after getting killed by a 10 man box 6 times i decided to report because i know exactly what they are doing. running a virtual computer/2nd pc and a boxer prg HKN/KC/ISO with a vpn as this is how i first solo'ed ICC with my multibox years ago it gives you more control of your box with the option of easier headswaps

but even with screen shots and stating this i was told they are running a 5 man box and its not bannable and im now very curious if this is then truely not bannable because you have 5 clients per vpn/virtual comp then you could ultimately just go back to running the same multibox comps with out getting banned and therefore the whole 5 client cap is kind of pointless
