have you even read the previous posts??????? when copying the folder to the Interface > Addons folder, rename it and delete the -masters sufix :)

when you copy pasted the folders into the addons folder don't forget to take out the "-masters" bit on the name of it :)
how about first you give us the link where you got that?
I've been searching for a 3.3.5 version as I use RothUI on retail but not on WotLK, the one link I've found says the file was deleted <.<
