Indeed, it seems the problem is about the ilvl required, we last tried to group a couple days ago, I believe the lowest character in the group was 527, and we couldnt tag as group.

Obviously 527...

Up to recently, we could group and go to heroic scenarios without much problem, usually we needed a couple conditions:

- group 3 characters, each with a minimum of 496 ilvl
- everyone...

I went to Karazhan yesterday and could pass the chest room.

I let the chess game play itself until the end, at which point the doors opened, and I could continue the raid.

I think this bug is old. And I dont think it has ever been fixed.

So as of now, unless I'm mistaken you cannot pass this room.

By the way, the quest for the orphan from Shattrath works just fine, as for the orc orphan, you can complete the quest but there is no reward at the end...
