5. don't change anything. you can clear all the raids without world buffs, it's not a requirement. it's healthy for the server for friendly pvp encounters to happen at buff locations & raid entrances.
nothing should be changed even if it delays AQ by 3 months, event should be until it gets completed. stop giving away free candy, have ppl work for it.
