Any addon that works that shows the locations of unpicked yellow !-quest marks on zone map ?

We can trade characters on this server ? Saw a yellow colored msg in-game.

I downloaded it one more time, or twice, and maybe copy-pasted the yellow folders somewhat differently into my addons folder.
