I'm trying to do instant Flare (or any AOE spell works the same way) with /cast [@curser] Flare but it doesn't work. I also tried @mouseover. Any help?

It seems Aimed shot's casting time is affected by some attributes and spells. For example "Rapid Fire" skill makes it faster.

Since it's normally instant but on Onyxia it has 3 sec casting time, I'm looking for an addon that shows Aimed Shot's cast bar.
