11 hr's here for my first char and ~8 hr's for second 2 chars... :/ I thought as faster i gonna transfer them as faster they will be transferred into icecrown, :D but seems they have stucked....

You need to wait more. I just transferred my 12lvl char after 30mins since i started, but my main chars 80lvl are still in progress. 1 of them i started to transfer 7 hr's ago, still not completed....
