WoG is fine, 20k noncrit (no cds, flasks etc) and 40k crit, just add 50% from Selfless Healer, wings, gardian, trinkets etc .. Last Word increase crit...

ret was one of the strongest spec in 2s and duels back in S10 especially on low ratings (95% of molten players) broken censure or not ..

what will change is...

i tested it now, its still dispelling slow first then root ..

yea i got 14k with Berserking in bg on low resil max and 6-7k vs normal resil ppl without buffs..

and also "Dispel effects will now prioritize roots over other effects" dosnt work with ret cleanse...

its fixed, im hiting 7-8k crits and censure is my 4-5 dmg now in pvp ..

mine was hiting for 8200 max crit in bgs today so i guess it is fixed ..

now i hope they fix TV because its hitting for 25% less ..

Funny thing is that people who didn't play on retail back in cats don't understand that if they fix ret he will be stronger than he is now ..

1: we wont be perma slow by mages even if we dont...

Gurth is broken for rets cuz he proc from judge and seals, so a ret will get 3-4 times more chances for proc then other melees ..
