Did they change the drop rate? I haven't gotten one in 2-3 weeks, and I've done 2xtoc10, 2xtoc25, 2xvoa25 and probably won like 30 BGs.
I've used to get one per week reliably for the entire time I've played here.

In the past two raid lockout periods I got total of 1 with about 47 boss kills. It's just RNG, nothing else, sometimes it gives, sometimes it takes.

I got 1x today, just don't think about it and it will drop.

I often find it that after some slight non-serious complaint you get what you want, oddly.
It's like when you do a slight complaint about queue time, immediately after the queue pops.
