what do you mean for " I can't" ?
when you click on download nothign happens or in your country it is not safe using Torrents?
In the first case just try with a different browser

do you have a torrent client insualled on your pc ? ( updated to latest version is better)
Anyway as I said you can use direct download link I gave you
26 GB is the whole client, not just a launcher

warmane does not use a custom launcher whith direct to their server.
But most likely the MoP server where you play it is using it, so I can give you Warmane realmlist:
set realmlist logon.warmane.com
Bust most likely even if edit the realmlist you will still log-in on your old private server so I suggest you to download a whole client again

Works fine for me, try associating magnet links.
Or you can just take the magnet from page source and add it manually.

Aint working for me either. Wanna download and try pandaria but nothing happens when i choose torrent. And "page not found" when i choose the other option download direct..help meee
