It is a GFX compatibility issue relating to how win 10 and 11 execute 'older' software, as this is a 'tack-on' package this pack is still running on OLD software :P so Compatibility mode (have heard from 2 others) solves this issue.
it's not really the pack itself, just the way 2 different versions of windows run / display /execute programs.

However, I read that lately Microsoft is getting worse and worse.
I notice that there are more people with operating system problems than those who don't.

All of this really makes you think that windows 11 is crap operating system, and the latest updates are proving it.

I havent moved over / upgraded (to Win11) and dont plan to. Windows 10 will be my last MicroSoft OS.
Windows has become a data-mining OS, it's no longer there for your productivity or operations.
With Windows 10 LTSC [heavily mod'ed] im still able to get critical updates until 2032 {check that out if interested}
beyond that, im learning linux slowly the next few years as im a 90's internet teen :P

I too have read about many who prefer to stay with Win10 LTSC after learning about all the problems with version 11.
