EDIT: In case anyone else is having trouble with mouse cursor jumping and being unresponsive accross clients. make sure hardware mouse is turned off in all of your boxes. Heal bot and pally power working great now that I've found that out =)
So far i've tried octopus and Openmultiboxing and i have two questions.
!. Is mouse broadcasting allowed.
2 If it's allowed how do I get so my mouse stops jumping all over the place every time i click.
With these questions in mind. is there a better program to use to either A get the mouse to stop jumping around like it's on meth or B to better map keyboard keys because it's all I should be using.
Thank you to whoever takes the time to answer =).

Reason: Found the answer to my question
The only software that I think have good mouse broadcasting is ISBoxer. I think it is innerspace that it is built on that allows it to do its special things although I am not sure. In other software I think you will always have to deal with mouse jumping around and sometimes it is not clicking.
You only need mouse broadcasting for 2 things. Using ground target spells (like death and decay, treants and hurricane) and for good healing.
You can solve healing in 2 other ways. Either by putting the heals on hotkeys (this works fine for classes that only have 1-2 different heals, or you can use Numpad0-3 and del for focus on your characters and use the rest of numpad buttons for different heals. Slow to have to swap between focus and then use a heal but still quite good.) or by scripting regions where you send a key if you click it, I have not tried the 2 programs you mentioned but I know it works in other programs like hotkeynet.
So the best solution is to find a cracked version of ISBoxer, this is what you really should be doing since it is the best program for multiboxing (it has a lot of good built in functionality, some you can emulate in other programs but usually not as good and takes more work) but it works fine to multibox with other programs also just not as good.
Thanks for the reply. bit of a bummer as I was planning on using heal bot to do shaman healing on my 3pal 1 war 1 shm pve team. so far it's been a lot of fun without needing mouse broadcast for much. though i'm going to have an insane number of ctrl alt mod keys if i have to do it all through key bindings.
Numpad4 = /cast [target=focus] Lesser Healing Wave, Numpad5 = /cast [target=focus] Greater Healing Wave, Numpad6 = /cast [target=focus] Riptide, Numpad7 = /cast [target=focus] Earth Shield, Numpad8 = /cast [target=focus] Flash Heal/stopcasting (to use art of war proc for flash heal), Numpad9 = /cast [target=focus] Lay on Hands (on round robin so only 1 at a time).
Also 5 other keys you can also add for some other abilitys. (cleanse is usually good to use on round robin when you have many cleanse so it rotates between your character and you can just spam 1 button but can also be good to have it on a key to use it on focus)
Tried ISboxer. even paid but frankly i don't like it. sometimes feature rich is a detriment when it meets bad UI. Playing around a bit more I'm noticing my version of Jamba seems to be breaking more than it's helping. Can't loot properly. right click my chars portrait, open bags(without shiftB) or view items links. which is a lot ot lose for auto accept rez and group invite.
So is there a good version of Jamba or an alternative out there?
Afaik there's a few easy to approach methods, with simple mouse and key repeat functions to get isboxer working with.
It is however THE tool for the job, sadly the UI is not very approachable, but with time it's not hard to learn.
There are other tools, but not sure what they'd have over isboxer. So depending on your goals, think about the tool you're gonna pick, because the more complex things you wish to achieve (i.e 25man raiding) the more flexibility you need from the tool you have.
Personal anecdote about Jamba on warmane. Absolutely useless if using isboxer. Maybe, just maybe, quest functions could be nice. Sadly the 3.3.5 add-on is in a bad state compared to the more modern versions, which fixed a lot of the bugs and made the tool amazing.
Jamba breaks if TradeSkillMaster is also active. So disable addons if it doesn't function properly to find what messes it up.
Normally nothing should break when using Jamba. If you use a version for 3.3.5a then it should be working.
Benefits of Jamba that I know are working and I use a lot:
See health and mana of team.
Track Quest progress for team.
Take flight path with team.
Accept and complete quests with team.
Ability to see procs (like art of war) from slaves on main screen.
Auto sell grey items and auto repair.
Some warning messages like full bags.
Accept invite, ress and block duel/ginvite.
Forward whispers from slaves.
As recommended by others, I would highly recommend that you stick to it and grind out the quirks with ISBoxer. It isn't too intuitive but once you get the hang of it, it is way beyond what anything else can offer. It may seem daunting in the beginning, so having something to use as a guide is very helpful.
If you've checked on Youtube, etc. you've probably seen the Multiboxology channel. He gives all of the basics you need and beyond.
And, this is just my personal opinion; don't get too hung up on Jamba. Some QoL features, sure, but they can be replaced by other addons or handled effectively via ISBoxer.
It was likely something other than Jamba causing the problem. Disabled a lot of addons. mostly map related and also the ISboxer addon that got snuck into my folder along with atlas loot. still currently using something called Multitool and it's IMO so far better than Jamba https://www.wowace.com/projects/multitool/files/399570
