Would restarting the server be unpopular thing to do for players here? I think MOP classic will bring a lot of players who just want to experience the game with no strings attached. Im not suggesting it im just curious what the opinions of frostwolf players are to restarting the server to capture and capitalize on hype.

Restarting it wouldn't make sense nor work because devs would have to

1. Give complete and proper attention to MoP instead of making another progressive WotLK realm
2. People who still play probably wouldn't appreciate losing all their gear and progress
3. If a new realm was launched for progressive MoP then Frostwolf would still need to be working just as well if not better with all Pandaria-relate

They've made a lot of changes to MoP here recently after it being left for a long time. There is the possibility they continue the Onyxia realm into Cata and MoP.

That would make the most logical sense where a progression realm in these expansions would be successful and you'd be pulling from the Onyxia player base as well as any Classic players who want to play it again.
