WotLK How can I reset Call of Water quest

Hello, I've miss clicked that drop the quest item, then I think I should abandon the quest and get it again at the first NPC of the quest chain

But I can't get the quest again from Xanis Fameweaver or Islen Waterseer, how can I reset this quest, or might be not the right NPC?
