WotLK Weak aura for wings available after bubble

Hey. As the title says im looking for some sort of weak aura that signals me that wings can be used after having used bubble. Wether its an icon flashing ideally, or even just a count down timer from 30 sec after using wings. Any help would be appreciated, ty.
