make it so you can apply buffs before doors open... at the moment they disappear when doors open
for example power word shield as priest.

Atleast not on blackrock.... as soon as doors open, i lose my power word shield as priest

If the buffs disappears even if it's applied a few seconds before the doors open, then it is clear that something is wrong.
Maybe they are already aware of this.

The removal of short duration buffs like Power Word Shield when arena gates open is consistent with WotLK mechanics to keep matches fair from the start. basically every buff with 30sec or less uptime.
