Ok, on my warlock I lifetap aaaalll the time, and then I Corruption Drain Life and shiet like that!. Most of the times I tell healer not to waste mana on me, maybe o HoT between fights.
As a Healer, all my deep black hair became grey, in a couple of years, just from healing

As a level 36 holy paladin, I don't have any such spell.
That's an important clarification. People here assumed you were talking higher levels and a different class.
Holy paladin gameplay revolves around mana management. They stack intellect gems and use mana regen trinkets. Your rotation is based on decisions to manage your mana. So with that said overhealing is your greatest enemy.
At that level my advice would be to go pick up glyph of holy light to help heal your party. Soon you would get seal of wisdom and then start hitting your targets. Focus on getting intellect pieces to build your mana pool even if they're cloth (you'll typically have a heal set and a leveling set). Then most importantly learn how much you heal and only be healing when you have to, hitting holy light on a near full health tank is terrible gameplay. It helps a lot to know when you will have incoming damage, but most low level dungeons are pretty chill and other players besides the tank are taking damage only when they rip threat which is still very healable. Having back up mana potions is also a huge life saver. Then GO DO YOUR RESURRECTION QUEST.
As far as complaints. As a rule in leveling I would always bring extra stacks of mana food to dungeons. This will save you time because players always run out. Many times they won't say anything so just ask and offer it. The warlock situation I'd say is pretty rare at that level, but I would ask nicely and offer food if they could help with mana between pulls. I'd personally just holy light and be done cause dungeons are usually short and I don't care.
Actual complaint though are the dungeons themselves. Uldaman level gap is too large making final gauntlet and boss too difficult sometimes. Mauradon princess boss. Sunken temple ghosts and fears. BRD pulling extra mobs. ZF the stair event. If you have a bad group then it sucks as a healer. You get put in a situation where you have to be selective about who you keep alive. Running back in this expansion after a wipe hurts the soul.

I always heal with Flash of Light along with the FoL glyph and very rarely use Holy Light and only do so if the mana bar is at 100% or almost.
I also use Judgment of wisdom during fights, but not having the Seal of Wisdom yet, so I use Seal Of Light.
The only problem I have is when the tank together with others attack too many monsters, last time there were almost 10 and even if they are low-level dungeons these situations can end in a wipe.

I have some supplies of specific food and potions for mana, these are never enough.

Excluding the tank which is the main target of healing(only if necessary), sometimes it's really difficult to understand who to prioritize, especially when everyone minds their own business or when they start to say: fast fast, pull pull!
In this way they cause confusion, a lot of mobs incoming, disorderly attacks, mages who don't use cc's or shamans and priests who in similar situations could help with healing and do not.
It's as if they don't realize that everyone is going to die and continue to play in their own way.
