WotLK max dps physical enhancement.

max dps physical enhancement.
Hello everyone. I played with a guildmate who was not BIS in spell ench. He gave about 19k dps on an orc ICC25hm.
How close is physical ench to such values? For example, if spell ench in bis gives 20k dps, how much will physical enhancement give?
It's just that while I have 6.1k GS, I rebuild my ench into spell, and the dps is higher. But I wonder if I will need such a hassle closer to bis
