    Return after some years

Hello. I've decided to re-install the game after some years, and continue the progress in my characters.
So, when I log in and go to "Change Realm" into Lordaeron, the server info says I have 2 characters, the same 2 I've left the last time I've played, but when I enter there is none. Have my chars been deleted? Or do I have to do something to "activate" them? I was already in the Outlands, level 60 something, and I believe I've wrote back then that characters after level 60 are not deleted by inactivity.

    Thank you for your time.

    Ricardo

If your account has been inactive for over one year and does not have premium , your characters may have been deleted due to Warmane's Inactivity Cleanup.
There is no way to recover characters deleted by the server as part of the inactivity cleanup.
However, if your characters were not eligible for deletion under the cleanup policy, it’s possible that someone else accessed your account and manually deleted them.

And who would access my account and manually delete them? Warmane team for some reason?
And as I said, when I change realms, in the info it says there are 2 characters. What I mean is: Change Realm ----> [when the list of servers/realms appears, the server Lordaeron is in green, which means there are playable characters in that server, and in the section "Characters" there is a number (2)] I manually choose Lordaeron ----> [press] Okay ----> And there's nothing in it, despite the server knowing there are 2 characters, none of them appear to be selected. This must be a bug. And again, my highest level where lvl 60 plus, it should not be deleted.

Nope, there are 3 possible situations: either you deleted them manually and forgot, someone accessed your account (either because you shared your login details or your device was compromised by malware/virus), or your characters were deleted due to inactivity.

And as I said, when I change realms, in the info it says there are 2 characters.
This can be easily explained: the number doesn't always indicate how many characters you currently have active on that realm. https://forum.warmane.com/showthread...=1#post3258439
You can check the login history from the following link : https://www.warmane.com/account/history

Your PC has two characters' files still there. When Warmane goes through the inactivity cleanup, or when a 3rd party deletes your characters, they don't delete your characters' files from your PC too.
