WotLK I can't enter the arena 2v2

Hello everyone. Maybe someone has encountered this. My friend and I decided to enter the arena. We created a team and signed up for it. It allows us to participate in training battles, but not in ranked battles. The queue doesn't even start.

Is there any requirement for the items? We just don't have sockets or flasks on these characters, does that matter?

It sounds like you might be accidentally trying to queue for the Solo/Duo queue, which does have requirements.

Make sure you're using the correct NPC to join the standard 2v2 queue. If you're trying to queue through the Solo/Duo NPC (usually located near the NPC used for 2v2/3v3 team que.)

If you see an error message in the center of your screen, that's a strong indicator you're trying to join the Solo/Duo queue bracket by mistake.

Double-check which NPC you're using and make sure it's the one meant for standard 2v2 arena.
