Hi!
I've made this little addon:

TrinketWatcher

Features

• Displays the ICD or CD of your equipped trinkets.
• Shows active trinket buffs, including stack count if applicable.
• Includes a large database of most of the game's trinkets.

Slash Commands

• /tw unlock : Enables dragging the icon frame.
• /tw lock : Locks and save the frame position.
• /tw scale <#> : Sets icon scale (0.5 to 2).
