Weapon Swing Timer

None of the weapon swing timers worked for wotlk 3.3.5a client so I ran a simple one through claude and go a working addon.

It kept disappearing after i leave bg and duel people it wouldnt show. Updated!

Kept braking, I just deleted all addons back to playing without.
