Is Ele bugged? Cata PvE

Hey. New to the Forums. I use to play A spri in 3.3.5 then the servers reset and bla bal you know the story. So i decided to play Cata So I rolled as a Ele Shammy. Did Researcher on rotation and other thing. Found out every thing from here http://forum.molten-wow.com/showthread.php?p=1959166. Im almost Full JP and im only Pulling about 7-9k dps when I ask people to help me or try to see whats wrong I usually get the Answer ElE is bugged re roll and well @ this point I cant re roll. I have spent to much time farming JP to re roll.(note I have 3 pvp items Just my Sholderwraps and my two rings and the sholders have agilty bc some Guldie messed up and gave me full Enh gear so it took longer to get Full JP kinda why I cant Reroll)

Yes Ele damage is really meh on Molten Cata.

I suggest you roll Enhancement and melt faces ^.^

Ele is very gear dependent. Im nearly best in slot geared(409ilvl) and pull a average of 32k dps on the skull dummy.
Ele can hardly compete with arcan mage or fury warr but its still absolutly viable.
When u are able to hit two or more targets at once u can replace lightning bolt with chainlight and top the dmg charts.
One more thing that is worth to mention is that once u have the T13 four set bonus i would reforge everything to mastery because u gonna have so much haste that u often cast in under 1 sec.
