1. Getting drawing on the computer?

I have ALOT of drawings in my sketch book I was wondering how I get them onto the computer? I didn't want to take pictures with a camera..that's kinda ghetto.

The only other way I could think of would be using a scanner.

I believe I have one of those at my local library which is literally across the street..I'll go look and see..probably cost 10 cents a scan though.

As already said you need scanner to scan it to your PC,and if you want to work on them when they're already scanned into PC then you'll need tablet, but that's only if you want to draw via PC.
Anyway you need scanner to get them to PC.

If the library doesn't work , go to a printer . I don't know what part of the world you are in, but you mentioned " 10 cents " so I would guess U.S.A .
Most large cities or towns with colleges in the U.S. have a Kinko's.
Kinko's , or pretty much any equivalent printer , provide scanning as one of their services. And it's not much more expensive than the Library.
