Pick a side, any side. If possible, join Myrmidons on the Horde, if you go to the Horde. They have great PvE but also pretty good PvP, and unlike WOHL, they don't pretend to the best, and (for the most part) aren't filled with a huge collection of condescending IRBESTZORZ kids flexing their epeens over the Internet. They don't get involved in drama much, just do their own thing, that Myrmi guild xD

River of Gold is my recommendation for Alliance.

Myrmidons for PvE.
Myrmidons for PvP.

I am active on Sargeras and I can confirm their arguments. Just look at his post, it's already an argument against your guild.

So I have an 85 Rogue on both factions here (Human, and Orc of course), and neither side seems dramatically better than the other, but there is of course a line to be drawn somewhere. I'm not necessarily trying to just ask "which sides better lul", but I would prefer to play with a Community that's more in line with my own interests, so... Between the Alliance, and the Horde:

- Which faction has better/more competitive PvE progression?
- Which faction has a larger pool of skilled (high rated experience) PvP players?
- Who wins battlegrounds more?
- Of the two, has one of them had a more steady player base/community, over time?

I'm mostly just looking to do Arenas/general PvP, and probably Raid some on the side as well, so if I had to pick a determining factor, it would be which side has the better PvPers. Any info is appreciated

Imo Horde have best pve and the best pvp guilds, sometimes u will get long ques for BGs but its very difficult to lose, sure ally have some good playes but most of good playes are Horde. Imo ally=human racial (thats make lot noobs play as ally for human racial) and some ppl that want play worgen (good race for most of class btw) and plz dont listen caylara he just a noob that use a op spce and he think he is good 4.3.4 will be his end and all others blood noobs

It would be beneficial for the OP to ignore everyone here and check out the guilds mentioned on his own, since the only thing here is bias from both sides.
