What is wrong with those people in global chat asking for 365 for ZG, yes 365 from 346 which is necessary for RDF. I asked a dude to join his group for SC farm, he said i need 350 ilvl instead of 345 that i have... Even after linking achievement they didn't invite. Some other ask for 360 and achievement.
I am playing healer and am for over 1 hour on rdf queue o.0

you can make your own group and ask for an ilvl you feel is fair.

These threads will pop up even more after firelands content is released and people want 370+ for a zul gurub dungeon or 380 for end time.

well thats sargeras man people are bad on this realm so they ask for insanely high ilv.on FW they ask for 350ilv.
btw geared atm is so easy .i get from 356 to 372 ilv in 11 days.

People that ask for 350+ are the people who aren't doing it for the gear, but for the justice points you get. The point of that is to do high dps and kill the bosses fast. With low ilvl people it will take way longer as their dps isn't as high.
There are several people who ask for 350+, and there are several people who don't. Can't find a group that isn't 350+? Then make your own group. Simple as that.

Most player doing SC \ ZG is mainly to run through it quickly and finish within about 20-30 minutes for the JP.
if you have someone who keeps dying on every boss. or pull mobs which are known as party-wiping, or fail to do enough damage to make sure the session is done within 20-30minutes, youre wasting your time.
i would like to avoid wasting my time.
you must have some kind of a filter, ilvl isnt fair (if i can't join raids how will i get the needed ilvl), but its mandatory as there is no other way to filter newbies.
Annoying ? yes, but that's what guilds are for.

The higher the ilvl the worse the group, because they bring pvp items. Pvp items mean low dps. Furthermore the player often have a so bad attitude and think they can solo everything. Instead of letting the tank pull they run in into a horde of mobs and then shout at the tank when they died. Mass taunt has cd! However if a player with a high itemlvl has no pvp items but only pve items then you instantly see that he has discipline and he can fulfill his role.
I understand that it is important to have a succesfull raid but ilvl is stupid. The unpopular gearscore for exampple makes a difference between pvp items and pve items. If a program can do this we also should be capable and not only judge the player by formulas and stats.
Btw. for those who think now that i am just another lowbie pretending he would be a good gamer i have to disappoint. Tank ilvl 368 which doesnt mean i am good, it only means i have gear

Itemlevel and the actual skill of a player aren`t standing in any relation anymore.
Gear is easy to obtain, nothing really special to kill or to achieve.
Even if someone has 370 ilvl, he or she might be still bad.
362 ilvl before the patch-up was really good and usually meant that the player had some skill.
Now it`s just the gear, nothing else.
As renataki said before, it will get worse as soon as more content with more gear will be released.
