Enh T12 2p dont work again

I found out that Shaman T12 Enhancement 2P Bonus stop working if u have talent Improved Lava Lash which is ridiculous.
I will add screenshots with proof later cuz i am sleepy right now.
Can someone test this ?

here are the screenshots (no buffs, no procs, no gear no FL, only 2 parts of t12 and offhand)
no Improved Lava Lash, no Searing Flames -- 1492 dmg

no Improved Lava Lash, 5 Searing Flames -- 1866 dmg (2p works +25%)

2 Improved Lava Lash, 5 Searing Flames -- 2973 dmg (2p don't work +100% and it should be +125%)

I have tested this and i can confirm.this is realy bad bug for enh shaman...
